Our story began in Vancouver’s entertainment district, where we gained a reputation for delicious, wallet-friendly food and drinks that don’t disappoint, and staff who always bring the party. So, we decided to expand and took our Friday Night Every Night mission to the next level by opening local hangouts across Canada and the US. We’re now a collection of 20 food forward dive bars and we’re still going strong.
We’re passionate about hiring good people and our guests and staff always feel welcome here. Our guests count on us to serve up awesome food and drinks and a night that won’t disappoint. The Role:
- Maintaining a strong presence on the floor
- Look for ways to positively impact the guest experience
- Give regular recognition and feedback to the FOH team
- Complete daily cash reconciliation
- Attend weekly manager meetings
- Depending on schedule, selected candidate can do a mix of serving/bartending and managing shifts
About You:
-You have 1 + years bar/restaurant management experience
-You are looking to grow your career in the hospitality industry
-You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback
-You are fun and easy to get along with!
-You have experience in recruitment and training
